After registration, 29 winbd may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time. This process may require submission of a National ID, birth certificate, or other government-issued document. Withdrawal access may be limited until KYC verification is complete.

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials completely confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out on your account.

Please keep the following rules in mind when placing bets on 29 winbd. These rules apply equally to all members without exception.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. However, if the 29 winbd Cash Out feature is available, it may be used under specific conditions.
• The minimum stake per bet is ৳50 BDT, while the maximum varies depending on the specific event and market.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• For Live Betting, odds may change at any time. The odds applicable to your bet are those in effect at the moment of confirmation.
• 29 winbd reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• You may place bets on multiple markets within the same match; however, any account found to be engaging in system or arbitrage betting may be suspended.

29 winbd reserves the right to adjust betting limits on any market at its sole discretion. Additional verification may be required for large wagers.

29 winbd supports all major mobile banking services in Bangladesh. The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 BDT (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
• Minimum Withdrawal: BDT 1,000.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 30 seconds to 5 minutes.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 3–12 hours. If verification is still pending, processing time may be longer.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Deposits made from different mobile numbers belonging to the same person are considered suspicious and may result in account suspension.
• 29 winbd does not charge any additional fees for payment processing.

29 winbd regularly offers a variety of bonuses and rewards. The following terms apply to all such promotions:

• Welcome Bonus: New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000 BDT. A minimum 10x wagering requirement must be met before this bonus can be withdrawn.
• Reload Bonus: Selected members receive a deposit reload bonus every week. This is not added automatically — you must claim it through support.
• Cashback: A cashback percentage is awarded on net weekly losses, credited directly to your balance and withdrawable without any wagering requirement.
• Bonus offers are applicable to one account per person. Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts from the same household or device is strictly prohibited.
• 29 winbd reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• Winnings earned using a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the applicable wagering requirements are met.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 29 winbd. Violations will result in immediate account suspension and possible forfeiture of any remaining balance:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Creating or operating an account using someone else's identity.
• Bonus system abuse or bonus hunting.
• Arbitrage betting or any form of system betting that disadvantages the platform.
• Money laundering or conducting transactions using funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's software.
• Harassing other members or engaging in inappropriate behaviour.
• Placing bets using automated software or bots.

29 winbd may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• If it is proven that false information was provided during registration.
• If fraudulent activity is conducted through the account.
• By order of a court or law enforcement authority.
• Accounts with no activity for 6 consecutive months will be marked as inactive.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. We recommend withdrawing any remaining balance before closing your account.

• Deposit Limit: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limit: You have the option to set a limit on your betting amount within a specified time period.
• Self-Exclusion: You can suspend your account for a set period or permanently.
• Cooling-Off Period: You can take a break ranging from 24 hours up to 6 weeks.
